What is PrimeU247?
PrimeU247 is the online learning community, or college, for the commercial foodservice equipment industry on the campus of TrainingU247. At PrimeU247, equipment manufacturers can deliver custom 3D-animated, simulator-based interactive training modules for training service technicians how to properly troubleshoot and repair their products, and train sales representatives how to properly specify and sell their products. Companies can leverage the power of the PrimeU247 learning community to train their employees across a wide range of professional development courses, in addition to custom training courses developed for their specific organization.

PrimeU247 is a world-class educational resource that partners with companies to develop, deliver, and track all of their global training requirements.

How do I register?
On the PrimeU247 home page you’ll find a Register link at the top of the page. Click on the Register link.

One the registration page you will be asked a few basic questions. At this time you will also create your own unique Login ID and Password. Once you have completed the Registration process you can access your learning center by clicking on the red My Learning Center link in the top right corner of the home page, and logging in.

How much does it cost?
It costs nothing to register at PrimeU247. Some courses will have an enrollment fee listed in the curriculum information. Once you have enrolled in a course, you can take it at your own pace, and you can always go back and review the course as often as you desire at no additional charge. Other resources on the PrimeU247 campus are available only to students who have paid an annual enrollment fee.

Why should I enroll?
The PrimeU247 course catalog offers a wide selection of professional development courses, as well as OEM product specific courses for service technician and sales rep training. In addition, when you enroll in an OEM product specific course you are automatically enrolled in a study group for that course. Study groups provide a forum for discussion between students and the course instructor. Learning becomes an ongoing process, not an event that ends at the completion of the training module course.

How do I know this will benefit me?
The only way to know for sure is to take a class and see if PrimeU247 is right for you. Our courses are interactive and can be taken at your convenience and at your own pace. Periodic testing during the course will confirm that you have learned and understood the material before proceeding further in the course. Even after you have completed the course and passed the final exam, you will always have access to the course so you can review the information again, months, even years later.

Am I limited to one college?
No. Once you enroll, you will have access to the entire TrainingU247 campus. We offer a wide selection of industry specific courses as well as thousands of general business and professional development courses. Additionally, on the TrainingU247 campus, you are free to enroll in a Professional Group where you can gain and share knowledge with other like-minded students in your profession across industry boundaries.

What happens to my course and registration if I change jobs?
You have your own personal and unique Student ID. Every course you enroll in and complete is documented in your personal learning history. This is your course transcript and will travel with you from job to job, even industry to industry.
